Healthy Eating

En el último tema hemos trabajado los alimentos, los menús y cada uno ha traducido una receta, os animo a que escribáis vuestras recetas en el blog,( en inglés claro)para que nuestros amigos de Perth conozcan un poco de la dieta mediterránea.Thanks

Add at the masa some the tomato. Later, add some chorizo, cheese, and olives. Heat the pizza. 20 minutes. And it's ready.

CORN SALAD
1letuce
2can of corn
1tomatoes
some olives
some chease(optional)
oil/salt/vinagear

Cut the lettuce and rinse with water.Whilethe lettuce is rinseing slince the tomatoes.Open the can of corn and add the recipient.Next add the second can and slice of chease(optional).Mix the lettuce with oil,salt and vinagear and serve on a plate.

STUFFED PEPPERS
Ingredients:
16 peppers of piquillo
250 grams of chicken
1 slice of ham
Flour
Well-trodden egg
Salt, parsley and oil

Sauce’s ingredients:
250 grams of red peppers
1 onion
1 tomato
1 glass of water
2 garlic cloves
Salt and oil

Plate's elaboration:
Mix the meat with the ham and add salt and pepper.
Reffill the peppers, bread them with flour and egg, fry them and drain them.

Sauce's elaboration:
Slice the onion and the tomato and gild them with the garlics in a frying pan with oil, add the red peppers and the water, boil for 30 minutes in slow fire.
Try the salt, beat it and pass it for a colander.
Add the stuffed peppers and boil them in soft fire for 15 minutes approximately.
Add parsley, serve the peppers and put the sauce on top.
It's ready. Do you like it?

The masa is the white thing where you put the rest of ingredients. For example, in the pizza you can add tomato, olives...
